TENSHINKAN KARATEDO FEDERATION U.K.

  The undersigned hereby undertake to Register and Re-affiliate Annually with Tenshinkan Karate

     Federation U.K. under the terms and conditions of the Federation. These conditions include the following:-

1.  To pay the Membership Registration Fee  (entitling each member to an International Licence Book and

     rights under the U.K. Federation rules), and to pay the Annual Re-Affiliation Fee thereafter  (subject to

     review), no later than January 31^st, each year.  

2.  Any member who has not paid the Re-Affiliation Fee by the due date, will not be allowed to train until payment  has

     been made in full to your respective Club Instructor, or the Chief Instructor.

3.  As a matter of official record all Registered members with a Licence (or parent / legal guardian), must complete

     this form of Annual Re-affiliation.

4.  All training and safety is undertaken at the member’s own liability.  While all  Instructors under

     Tenshinkan authority endeavour to ensure the utmost safety of the membership,  no claim or liability for loss or         

     damages for any injuries will be accepted by Tenshinkan Karate Federation U.K.

5.  For details of costs of the both Membership Registration Fee and the Annual Re-Affiliation Fee please contact your

     Club Instructor or the U.K. Chief Instructor.  Details of Clubs can be obtained on our Website: www.tenshinkan.org.uk
